Blade Fatigue Tester
风电叶片疲劳实验机是用于对叶片进行疲劳测试的特种设备,采用PLC+HMI+PC对两台疲劳实验主机分别进行自动控制,通过设定叶片应变和振幅,系统智能控制电机的工作频率,使其保持在最大允许应力范围内实现快速疲劳,以获得使用数据。
The equipment is a special equipment used for blade fatigue testing. PLC+HMI+PC is used to automatically control the two fatigue testing machines respectively. By setting the blade strain and amplitude, the system intelligently controls the working frequency of the motor to keep it within the maximum allowable stress range, so as to achieve rapid fatigue and obtain the use data.
实时显示以下信息:叶片振幅、频率、应变、试验次数(累计次数、设定次数);电机转速、频率;变频器输出电压、电流、频率;
Real-time display of the following information:
blade amplitude, frequency, strain, number of tests (cumulative number, set number); motor speed, frequency; inverter output voltage, current, frequency;
历史记录,根据设定时间周期记录叶片振幅、应变、周期、频率以及对应的时间(ms);
Closed-loop control, by setting the blade strain and amplitude, the system automatically adjusts the working frequency of the motor, so that the actual value is within the allowable deviation of the set value;
报表功能,控制软件可以根据需求生成实验数据报表;
History record, according to the set time period to record the blade amplitude, strain, period, frequency and the corresponding time (ms);
Reporting function, the control software can generate the experimental data report according to the demand;
1、实时显示以下信息:叶片振幅、频率、应变、试验次数(累计次数、设定次数);电机转速、频率;变频器输出电压、电流、频率;

2、闭环控制:通过设定叶片应变和振幅,系统自动调节电机的工作频率,使实际值在设定值的允许偏差范围内;
